Bika Snack: Oats & Biscuit

Ingredient:

Wholemeal bread, Eggs, Mushrooms, Organic tomatoes, BIKA Oats & Biscuit (Milk)

Step:

1. Apply butter on the bread and toast it, or use pan to pan-fried till both surfaces turn into golden color.
2. Slice the  mushrooms and fry till cooked, add some black pepper and salt to enhance the flavour.
3. Crumble BIKA Oats & Biscuit (Milk) and put it into bowl, mix in two eggs, stirring, pour into pan and make it into scrambled egg. The egg will be full of milk aroma and taste good just by itself.
